Tool to remove head cup from the steerer tube. The diameter of the shaft tube is 25 mm.

Use 
Press the spring steel jaws together and insert the tool into the steerer tube. Knock with the hammer on the top of the tool and remove the head cup. 

Tip 
Put some grease on the head cups to spare the tools and ease the work.
